Konverd (“Konverd”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an AI creative studio that produces ad creatives, videos, designs and social media content for brands. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit konverd.com, request a free sample, book a call or work with us, and how we use and protect it. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us: when you request a free sample, book a call or become a client, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, website and social media links, product links, the type of content you want, any notes you share, and answers you give when booking a call.

Project materials: to produce your content, we receive product photos, logos, brand guidelines, scripts, past ads and similar files. These may include images of people if you choose to send them.

Payment information: payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We receive payment confirmation and billing details, but we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically: when you visit our website, we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on site, the referring page, and campaign tags in links (such as UTM parameters).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to create your free sample and deliver the content you order; reply to requests, schedule calls and send project updates; manage billing and your account; post content to your social media accounts when you ask us to, using access you grant; improve our website; send occasional updates or offers if you’ve agreed to receive them; and protect our services from fraud and misuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Use AI Tools

We produce content using AI tools for image, video, voice and text generation, combined with human editing. To create your content, we upload the product images, brand assets and briefs you provide to these tools. We only share what’s needed for your project, and we choose tools that allow commercial use and, where available, settings that stop your materials from being used to train their models. AI-generated people, voices and scenes are synthetic unless you supply real footage. We do not create content imitating a real, identifiable person without their permission. If you send images or recordings of real people, you confirm you have their permission for us to use them.

4. Sharing Your Information

We share information only with service providers who help us run Konverd, such as website hosting, form and email services, Calendly for scheduling, payment processors, analytics tools, AI generation tools, and social media platforms when we post on your behalf. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business sale or merger.

5. Use of Your Work in Our Portfolio

We may show content we create for you on our website, social media or sales materials as examples of our work, unless you ask us not to. You can opt out at any time by emailing contact@konverd.com, and we’ll remove it within a reasonable time. We never share your private materials, internal briefs or results data publicly without your permission.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it. We may use analytics tools and the Calendly booking widget, which may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.

7. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, for example while you’re a client and for a reasonable period after, or as required for tax and legal records. Free sample requests that don’t become projects are deleted after 12 months. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. International Transfers

We work with clients and service providers in different countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected in line with this policy.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or limit how we use it, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email contact@konverd.com. We’ll respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll let clients know by email.
